15+ fantastic wine festivals in Melbourne and around Victoria in 2025
Fill your diary with these wonderful wine festivals in Melbourne and Victoria in 2025!
While we love a chilled day of cellar door hopping, wine festivals are a great way to try more wines in less time. Typically featuring dozens of producers and potentially hundreds of wines, often with a regional or varietal focus, all in one location, it’s a recipe for a great day out. And with ticket prices often well under $100 with unlimited tastings included, it works out as pretty good value compared to attending multiple cellar door tastings. Plus, you may have the chance to try wines from further afield thanks to international importers or interstate wineries attending.
Melbourne and Victoria have a bunch of long-running wine festivals, several of which have already announced dates for 2025. Whether you want to explore a new region on a weekend escape, delve into prosecco or pinot noir, or sample gastronomical delights with a good dose of vino, you’re sure to find something that appeals.
Read on for a list of all the wine festivals in Melbourne and around Victoria to fill your diary this year.
